A hard sell, opened with a problem they couldn't ignore.
Kanari · AI customer-experience platform
Kanari's buyers ignore vendor pitches. So our agents researched each prospect and opened with a real problem their own customers were raising.
Before
A founder doing the selling himself, a team of engineers, and buyers who skip anything that sounds like a sales pitch.
After
Agents researching every prospect and opening with their problem, not the product. 16 interested buyers, including a hospital group in Saudi Arabia.
Where they started
Kanari sells AI customer-experience software to healthcare, banking, retail and automotive companies. The team is mostly engineers. Subhi, the CEO, was the sales team.
The tricky part
Customer-experience leaders get pitched all the time. A message about your product gets skipped in a second.
And with no sales team, every hour Subhi spent prospecting was an hour not spent on the product or on clients.
What we built
- Everything set up in Kanari's own name, so they own it.
- Agents that research each prospect and find the problem that matters most to them, something their own customers are already raising.
- A short first message about that problem. Not about Kanari.
- Interested replies go straight to Subhi, so he can answer fast. Speed matters more than anything once someone says yes.
What changed
16 interested buyers, including a hospital group in Saudi Arabia and a clinic group in Kuwait.
And something Subhi didn't expect: every day, five or six new decision makers accept his connection request. For the first time, he has an audience of exactly the right people on LinkedIn.
"We've been running an AI agent-driven lead generation campaign with Dany and his team, and it has been an excellent and hassle-free experience. The campaign is already producing strong results."
