Finding who needs you before they say so.
A digital marketing agency · Middle East
The agency needed conversations with companies ready to buy, not another cold list. Our agents found companies showing a need today and reached the decision maker at each one by email.
Before
Cold lists, cold replies. A crowded region where every company gets pitched by agencies every week.
After
Short emails to the right person at the right moment. 42 companies said they were interested.
Where they started
This agency is good at what it does. The problem was getting in front of the right companies. Their region is packed with agencies, and every business owner's inbox is full of pitches.
Buying another list and blasting it would just bring more silence.
The idea: hiring is a signal
When a company posts a job for a role your service helps with, it has a need today. Not someday. Today.
So instead of guessing who might be interested, we let the companies tell us.
What we built
- Agents that watch for those signals across the region, every day.
- For each company, they find the person who actually decides.
- Then a short, four-step email sequence written for that moment, not a generic pitch.
- Replies get sorted automatically, so the team only spends time on the interested ones.
What changed
From late July into September: 4,814 decision makers reached, 76 replies and 42 interested buyers.
More than half of everyone who replied wanted to talk. That's what happens when you reach people at the moment they need you.
