An AI voice that calls customers in Arabic and English.
A Saudi health and nutrition brand · Saudi Arabia
We built Aisha, a bilingual voice agent with a natural Saudi voice. She calls customers, answers their questions and flags anything the team needs to act on.
Before
Customers with questions waited for a human. Leadership had no clear view of what customers actually needed.
After
Aisha calls customers in their own dialect, every call comes with a next step, and leadership sees what customers ask every day.
Where they started
This brand sells meal programs, runs clinics with dietitians, and has its own app. Lots of customers, lots of questions.
Leadership wanted two things. A voice that helps customers like a friendly expert, and a way to learn what customers really need, so they could make the app better.
They also wanted to be first. Their CEO was clear: if someone else launches first, you're number two.
The tricky part
Saudi customers want to hear a Saudi voice. AI handles formal Arabic well, but local dialect is a different story.
We needed a Saudi woman who speaks both Arabic and English naturally, and we cloned her voice. Then came the fun part: brand words. In early tests, Aisha said a program name the wrong way, and one Arabic phrase came out meaning "young camel". We fixed it by recording a full hour of the brand's own vocabulary into her voice.
And she had to know her limits. If she can't help, she says so and hands the customer to a human dietitian.
What we built
- Aisha, a voice agent inside the brand's app that speaks Arabic and English.
- A safe connection to their systems, so she knows who she's talking to.
- Every call tagged: service issue, health concern or urgent action, so the team knows what to do next.
- Daily and weekly reports for the leadership team, and a weekly review call to keep improving her.
What changed
Aisha handled customer calls every day. Every call came with a clear next step, and leadership could finally see what customers ask, which shaped how they improve the app.
